VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Location: Manchester
Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
OTE: Up to £60,000

Looking for a Vehicle Technician role with great potentially & £60,000 OTE? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join a well-established dealership in Manchester. Working within a modern, busy workshop, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles while benefiting from strong earning potential, ongoing training and genuine long-term progression.

THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs
• Working to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and safety standards
• Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
• Providing technical support and advice where required
• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship at all times

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic with:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills
• A current MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential
• Your own tools and toolbox
• Full manual UK Driving Licence, subject to licence checks
• The right to work in the UK
