Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Northwich for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on Hyundai vehicles. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting vehicle inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations, and ensuring all services are completed efficiently and to high standards. The Technician will also maintain accurate records of each service and repair and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic skills for identifying mechanical and electrical issues
• Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Experience with repair and maintenance of Hybrid and Electric vehicles is a plus
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive repair and maintenance
