Technician

Salary: £26,600.00 - £40,000.00

Role Overview: How you'll power our business as a Technician

Reporting to the lead technician within the installations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Flogas Britain LPG vessels at customer premises. The role includes call-out and repair work during and outside working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Initially, you will work alongside an experienced LPG engineer for on-the-job training, supplemented by courses at an LPG training centre.

At Flogas, we are transitioning from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, supporting customers to reduce carbon emissions and exploring technologies like heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases. Join us and be part of this exciting future.

What we need from you
  • Carry out routine maintenance at customer premises.
  • Install LPG vessels, pipework, and auxiliary equipment on-site.
  • Conduct 10-year and 20-year tank testing.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license (light vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes).
  • Meet deadlines and work overtime as required.
  • Be self-motivated and resourceful in solving problems.
