We’re Tiro, a leader in science and technology apprenticeships. We seek a Work Based Learning Coach to support learners pursuing their Level 3 Laboratory Technician qualification.

Safeguarding

This role involves contact with learners aged 16 and above. Tiro is committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all learners, staff, and customers. Safeguarding checks, including a DBS disclosure, will be part of the application process.

The Role

You will help shape the future of science and tech apprenticeships by developing the next generation of Laboratory Technicians. Your industry expertise and coaching skills will support learners in applying their skills in real workplaces. You’ll build strong relationships with learners, employers, and mentors, striving for successful outcomes. Travel to various locations to support learners is required.

The Package

We offer a supportive environment with:

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
