Job summary

TONI&GUY Cardiff is seeking a talented colour technician to join our salon team. Work with top stylists, deliver bespoke colour and hair services, and guide client consultations to ensure a personalised TONI&GUY experience.

You will mentor junior stylists, support salon operations, and help uphold our 60+ years of international reputation. This full/part-time role offers a competitive commission structure, generous holiday entitlement, pension, and access to education programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as colour technician in a busy salon.
• Preferably Wella trained.
• Ability to guide consultations and deliver bespoke TONI&GUY experiences.
• Excellent communication and client service.

SCHEDULE:

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon - Sat)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.
• Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
• Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.
• Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.
• Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients' preferences.
