Job summary

4M Recruitment seeks Trainers to deliver a transformational training programme for Royal Navy personnel, covering Electrical Engineering, Sonar, Navigation and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates may come from industry training, tutoring or instructing backgrounds, or transition from industry roles to teach the next generation.

Ideal applicants will have relevant field experience, industry certifications, and, ideally, classroom experience in adult education.

Qualifications

• Experience in the above areas at industry level and holding industry training/certifications.
• Classroom experience in adult education is advantageous but not essential.
• Eligible to hold SC Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in Electrical Engineering, Sonar, Navigation and Mechanical Engineering areas.
• Teach in line with modernising training programmes.
• Support learners to achieve industry-related qualifications.
