Job summary

Capita, in partnership with the Royal Navy, is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join the Marine Engineering Training Team at HMS Sultan, Portsmouth. This full-time, term-time role delivers world-class training to Royal Navy personnel, with no prior teaching qualifications required.

You will coach and explain complex technical concepts, develop people, and contribute to training documentation while maintaining strong customer relationships within the Marine Engineering Electrical

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in Electrical/Engineering.
• Proficient IT (hardware/software) in the workplace.
• Competent electrical hand skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical marine engineering training to the Royal Navy.
• Conduct theory and practical training.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and the RN training area.
• Assess student coursework and provide feedback on performance.
• Apply best practice to inform quality and improvement in RN training.
• Ensure duty of care and progression during delivery.
