Job summary

JCB is seeking a technical trainer to design and deliver training for our global dealer network. You’ll create content for new machines, updates and service procedures, using a mix of eLearning, remote and hands-on workshops.

Based in the UK, you’ll work with product engineering and a global training team to ensure high‑quality content and delivery, with a focus on hydraulics, electrics, engines and driveline systems.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in hydraulics, electrics, engines and driveline systems.
• Knowledge of access equipment, telehandlers and OEM powertrains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging training content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for NPIP to determine training needs, content, and delivery plans.
• Develop course material for new machines and technical updates.
• Create online learning content and assessments.
• Work with global teams to ensure consistent training standards.
