Job summary

JCB is seeking a Technical Trainer – Access Equipment to train field-based Service Engineers across our dealer network in the UK and overseas. You will work on new product introductions, develop training content for machines, and deliver via eLearning, remote and hands-on sessions.

You will collaborate with product engineering and the global training team to ensure materials meet high standards and support dealer technicians, apprentices and Master Technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to engineers or technicians.
• Ability to create and update training content for new products and updates.
• Familiarity with eLearning, remote and classroom delivery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for New Product Introduction Projects to determine training needs and plans.
• Collaborate with product engineering to create training materials for new machines and updates.
• Develop training pathways for Apprentice, Engineer and Master Technician grades.
• Create online learning content and eLearning modules with engaging assessments.
• Collaborate with global training teams to standardize delivery.
• Support Training Manager with dealer training plans.
