Job summary

Lyst Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Team Lead to oversee our feed operations and integrations team. You will drive team performance, manage Agile delivery, and ensure seamless execution of partner data feeds across multiple platforms.

You will balance people management with hands-on technical problem-solving, coordinating with partner networks and internal stakeholders to decommission legacy systems and migrate to modern solutions. Experience with Jira and data feeds is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a data-feeds or integration team.
Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile delivery.
Experience managing migrations and decommissioning legacy tech.
Excellent communication with partners, PMs, and legal/compliance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead data feed operations and strategic migrations to new systems.
Triages Jira tickets, runs bi-weekly sprints, and conducts weekly standups.
Collaborate with partner teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
Provide technical health checks and guidance to Account Managers and Care teams.
