Job summary

Lyst, the London‑based fashion shopping platform, is seeking a dedicated Technical Team Lead to oversee our feed operations and integrations team. You will balance people management with hands‑on technical problem solving, guide Agile sprints and weekly standups, and triage Jira tickets to keep priorities aligned.

You will own the data feed strategy, drive migrations between networks, monitor active feeds, and coordinate with external feed providers and engineering to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team with data feeds.
• Strong Jira and Agile methodologies experience.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication with engineers, account managers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead team growth and ensure operational efficiency; triage Jira tickets and guide weekly sprints.
• Drive the data feed strategy and migrations to decommission legacy tech.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and repair of active data feeds.
• Act as technical anchor for multiple business units; manage partner integrations and escalations.
