Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex data platform initiatives. You will own planning, tracking, and coordination across Engineering, Architecture, Product and Business teams, while reporting progress to leadership.

The role requires strong Agile practice, risk management, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid London-based role with collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and delivery governance.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Data Platform.
• Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery with business priorities alignment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage risks, blockers, and mitigations.
• Coordinate releases and ensure production deployments are successful.
• Report status to leadership and steering committees and drive process improvements.
