Job summary

North Tech is seeking a Lead Safety & Security Engineer to own complex integrated security projects and provide leadership to field engineers. You will drive delivery across CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and related platforms, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.

You will engage with customers as the technical face of the projects, mentor engineers and subcontractors, and contribute to pre-sales activities and design improvements.

Qualifications

• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale security systems across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and day-to-day support to engineers and subcontractors.
• Support project managers with planning, resource allocation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, commissioning and handover of integrated security and safety systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and subcontractors.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design and system improvements.
• Champion health & safety, quality and compliance across all activities.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers during project delivery.
