Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Sourcer for a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will partner with Talent Strategists and Hiring Managers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, managing the process from outreach to pre-offer stage.

You will embed with teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and start with two weeks of onboarding before jumping into the deep end. Hybrid options and in-office collaboration are encouraged where feasible.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent-spotting, or a recruiting-adjacent role.
• Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills and an instinct for building relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools; continuously reassess what’s working.
• Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates for fit beyond credentials.
• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage and be main point of contact.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
• Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively.
