Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a curious Talent Sourcer to join our high-performing Talent Team. You’ll focus on finding, engaging and building relationships with great people before a vacancy exists, helping shape the future workforce.

You’ll work alongside Talent Partners, building pipelines, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and promoting Octavius as an employer of choice. This hybrid role offers growth, mentorship, and opportunities to influence recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pools
• Familiarity with sourcing channels and AI-enabled tools
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive sourcing

Responsibilities

• Research talent markets and map skillsets across sectors.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles.
• Produce longlists to support hiring across the business.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms and AI-enabled tools to uncover talent.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and competitors.
• Promote Octavius as an employer of choice through candidate engagement campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Explore new technologies and AI-driven recruitment methods.
