Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Technical Support & Test Engineer for a spatial AI startup in Oxford. You will bridge the development team and customers, handling testing, validation and release management across cloud and edge-based systems.

The role requires a hybrid working model with on-site presence 3 days per week and strong Linux/Ubuntu, Python, Bash scripting and Docker experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and command-line troubleshooting.
• Python and Bash scripting.
• Docker experience with multi-container deployments.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desired: Testing, validating and supporting software releases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support & Test Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing cutting-edge spatial AI technology for the construction and geospatial industries. You will act as the bridge between the development team and customers, providing technical support while owning testing, validation and release management across cloud and edge-based systems.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 3 days a week.
