We're on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-moving team on-site in London. This is a great 3-month opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience who’s ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1st & 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and professionally
• Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Escalating more complex issues to internal teams when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in IT Support / Technical Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available to work full-time, on-site in London
