Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with clients facing technical challenges.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Prior technical support or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical support team to assist clients with inquiries and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive support experience.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to our products/services.
• Offer step-by-step guidance to resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Contribute to creating knowledge base articles and FAQs.
