• Support and troubleshoot PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
• Provide technical support for the client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.
• Optional: Database experience, ideally on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.
• Represent the client as the first point of contact.
• Assist customers by demonstrating expertise in PHP.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
• Requirements include: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on experience with PHP technologies, Linux and Windows server experience, basic networking, and shell scripting.
