Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA. They are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, Zend Framework.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?

1. Represent our client as the first point of contact.
2. Assist customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
