Job Description:

• Support and troubleshoot PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
• Provide technical support for the client's environment, working on Linux and Windows servers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
• Represent our client as the first point of contact for customers.
• Demonstrate expertise in PHP to help customers.
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills are a plus.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in tech support, hands-on experience with PHP technologies, Linux and Windows server experience, and database experience (preferably on mainframe, but not essential).
