Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a leading software company, with clients including NASA. They are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, specifically Zend Framework.

Your role will involve providing technical support for their environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Assist customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
