Position: Technical Support Engineer (Zend Framework / PHP-based application)

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
• Represent the company as the first point of contact for clients.
• Assist customers by demonstrating expertise in PHP.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in tech support.
• Hands-on experience with PHP related technology.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers.
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills.
• EU work permit required.

Additional Information:

Database experience, ideally on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Clients include NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, Tesla.
