Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is an impressive software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, specifically Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, ideally on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in PHP
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
