Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for PHP-based applications, including Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
3. Represent the company as the first point of contact for clients.
4. Assist customers by demonstrating expertise in PHP technologies.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in technical support roles.
2. Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies.
3. Experience with Linux and Windows servers.
4. Basic networking and shell scripting skills.
5. EU work permit required.

Additional Information:

Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Clients include NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, Tesla, and more.
