Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer (Heat Pumps) in London. The role is hybrid with 1 day at home and a 9-5 schedule from London Bridge, offering £55,000–£60,000 plus progression, training and company benefits.

The ideal candidate has an engineering-related degree and will discuss unit performance, costs and specifications with customers, with occasional site visits. HVAC/AC or heat pumps experience is a plus.

Are you a Technical Support Engineer with experience in the heat pumps industry that wants to for a European leader that is quickly becoming the hottest company in the VRV and heat pump industry?

Do you want full support from a European industry leading name that is rivalling the likes of Toshiba and Daikin where you will have un-parralled progression and training top become a subject matter expert?

On offer is the chance to join a business that has had a fantastic reputation due to their state of the art heat pump systems only have an indoor unit. This means that their units are more affordable, cheaper to install and maintain whilst still being state of the art.

This company have been really successful in Europe and have been in the UK for several years and are now growing quickly whilst still maintaining their staffs well being.

In this role you will be discussing with customers and clients the units performance, costs and specifications, with some very occasional site visits.

The ideal candidate will be London based, have a engineering related degree, and be happy to be customer facing, any experience with HVAC, AC or Heat Pumps would be a benefit.

THE ROLE:

• Managing the requests for information that are being sent in daily
• Speaking with customer and clients to discuss the heat pumps detailed specifications
• Be able to understand and explain the Coefficient of Performance
• Keep up to date with the training provided for each of their latest machines
• Days based, 9-5 in London Bridge 1 day from home

THE PERSON:

• Mechanical or Engineering related degree
• Experience with HVAC, AC or Heat Pump industry
• London based
