The ideal candidate has an engineering-related degree and will discuss unit performance, costs and specifications with customers, with occasional site visits. HVAC/AC or heat pumps experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree is required.
• Experience with HVAC, AC or heat pumps is beneficial.
• London-based with willingness to travel for occasional site visits.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily information requests from customers.
• Discuss heat pumps specifications with customers and clients.
• Explain the Coefficient of Performance to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with training on latest machines.
• Work days 9-5 in London Bridge, with 1 day at home.
