Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd-line Technical Support Engineer with strong cloud technology knowledge and broad technical experience to join our friendly, professional IT team.

You will collaborate with experienced Engineers and IT Support Analysts to design, support, and develop our infrastructure, introducing automation and innovative solutions using advanced technologies.

Your role includes guiding colleagues, supporting cloud and onsite infrastructures, and ensuring systems are optimized, secure, compliant, and resilient.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Servers, Networks, Active Directory (Entra ID), and Office 365 Enterprise.
  • Microsoft or equivalent technical certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar support role at 2nd or 3rd line.
  • Experience with cloud services, network support, email, storage, virtualization, and identity management.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security standards.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure and deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Customer Identity & Access Management.
  • Supporting Mac devices is a plus.
