Job summary

Brett Martin Daylight Systems is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator – Special Projects for Coventry. You will be the primary technical contact, delivering expert advice on bespoke rooflight systems and architectural solutions, while connecting internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will interpret CAD drawings, prepare fabrication packs, quotes, and support live construction sites across the UK, including site surveys and on-site assistance for installation crews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, interpreting and producing 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience coordinating projects, ideally customer-facing.
• Hands-on experience with live construction sites, roofing or glazing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and hold a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical drawings, roof lighting solutions and information to enable quoting and manufacture.
• Produce and manage technical drawings and internal process projects.
• Support subcontract installation teams ensuring safety standards and RAMs are in place.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate specifications and requirements.
• Generate quotes based on client information, coordinating with commercial and sales teams.
• Collaborate with production to address project issues and improve processes.
• Travel within the UK to site surveys and provide product advice.
• Assist Special Projects team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
