The Housing and Economy Department is continuing to reshape, and its housing repairs section is modernising and growing.

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator for the Void Contract Team (Repairs) will organise and plan work materials, skip & welfare hire, and plant hire for 6 Site Agents and over 100 operatives carrying out refurbishment work in approximately 400 voids per annum, with an estimated value of £6 million.
