This is a pivotal role within the team which encourages creative problem solving, a positive approach, and promotes new ideas and ambitions to drive the service forward.
Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator for the Void Contract Team (Repairs) will organise and plan work materials, skip & welfare hire, and plant hire for 6 Site Agents and over 100 operatives carrying out refurbishment work in approximately 400 voids per annum, with an estimated value of £6 million.
