Technical Support Analyst - What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation where necessary.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Maintain and manage security reference data to ensure platform accuracy and compliance.
• Produce detailed reports following production incidents to support operational continuity.
• Contribute to automation and scripting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a STEM related subject.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Scripting experience - ideally Python Scripting experience.
• relational database experience (including SQL).
• Familiarity with trading systems, FIX Protocol, and the technical landscape of trading software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
