Job summary

Reed Technology in Bradford (BD7) is seeking a Technical Support Agent to join the team. This office-based role focuses on providing technical assistance for CCTV and security systems, handling inbound and outbound support calls, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred), knowledge of alarm/security systems, and strong troubleshooting abilities.

We're recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a growing security technology business based in Bradford (BD7).

This office-based role will involve providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting CCTV and alarm systems, and handling inbound and outbound support calls.

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred)
• Knowledge of alarm and security systems
• Previous technical support, helpdesk or service desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

What's on offer:

• 14.00 - 17.00 per hour
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Office-based role in Bradford (BD7)
