This role is essential to providing excellent client support while collaborating on software testing and technical improvements. Responsibilities include handling support calls, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities

  • Test internally developed software in both development and pre-release stages.
  • Log, assign, and resolve support calls within agreed SLAs.
  • Act as the point of escalation for client support issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve code issues.
  • Schedule engineers for hardware maintenance visits.
  • Maintain company ISO standards and service levels.
  • Keep SAS records up to date and administer documentation.
  • Offer upgrades to existing customers regularly.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties when required.

  • Log, assign, and resolve support calls within agreed SLAs.
  • Act as the point of escalation for client support issues and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve code issues and manage upgrades.
  • Schedule engineers for maintenance visits to resolve hardware issues promptly.
  • Maintain company ISO standards and ensure service levels meet agreed SLAs.
  • Keep SAS records up to date and administer internal documentation systems.
  • Offer upgrades to existing customers regularly.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties when required.
