GAP Hire Solutions is seeking an Internal Technical Support Administrator to support the Pumps & Power division’s nationwide operations. You will learn and grow in a fast-paced depot environment, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume administration role.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using Smart Office is desirable.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating price renewals would be beneficial with training provided.
• Customer-focused approach and delivering gold-standard service.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business from existing GAP customers while securing new customers to meet budget targets.
• Manage pump enquiries with technical expertise and accurate requirement verification.
• Support acquisition of new work by delivering cost-effective pumping solutions.
• Prepare detailed and timely quotations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Update the division's sales pipeline and enquiry log to aid growth and forecasting.
