Qualifications

• Strong technical engineering background essential.
• Experience as Technical Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer preferred.
• Facilities Management / Building Services experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing technical escalations and providing solutions
• Managing and supervising subcontractors
• Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotes
• Ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard
• Supporting engineers with technical issues
