Qualifications

• Strong technical engineering background is essential.
• Experience as Technical Supervisor or similar (Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Engineer).
• Facilities Management / Building Services experience.
• Confident dealing with clients, contractors and engineers.
• Good commercial awareness around quotes and contractor costs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing technical escalations and providing solutions.
• Supervising subcontractors on-site.
• Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotes.
• Ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard.
• Supporting engineers with technical issues.
• Managing compliance and contractor performance.
• Liaising with clients and internal management.
• Assisting with technical projects and remedial works.
