Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.

This position is available starting January 1, 2026.

Your Mission

• Supporting the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and the workshop
• Supporting planning, coordination, and implementation of ERS development projects
• Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
• Supporting cross-departmental test and deployment planning for ERS components
• Coordinating assembly planning for components with responsible teams
• Participating in process and method optimization
• Analyzing technical data and preparing progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination
• Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
• Excellent organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
• Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language is a plus
