Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness.

Your Mission:

• Support the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and workshop
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
• Support department management in budget planning
• Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components
• Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams
• Participate in optimizing development processes and methods
• Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, project management or coordination
• Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environment
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical and structured working approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative technology, with high commitment
• Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
