Job Description:

Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team spans three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. The UK facility focuses on the development of the chassis and race operations, supporting the power unit from Neuburg.

We seek a candidate with an athlete's mindset, ready to overcome limits, to join the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. You will support the department management in developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance for competitive racing.

Your Mission:
  • Support the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
  • Help in budget planning for ERS projects
  • Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components across departments
  • Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
  • Participate in optimizing development processes and methods
  • Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, with project management skills
  • Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments
  • Strong organizational skills and team spirit
  • Analytical and structured working approach
  • Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
