Job Description:

Overview: Working within the company, you will oversee or deliver various events involving lighting and audio systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. You will collaborate with supervisors and project managers to deliver the best experience for our clients.

Personal Attributes: Candidates should be confident in managing departments, passionate about lighting/audio technology, skilled in problem-solving under pressure, able to interpret plans, communicate effectively, manage time well, and adaptable. Knowledge in designing power systems is essential.

Desirable Knowledge: Advanced networking skills, experience with lighting/audio software like Capture, project management experience, and working at height (training provided).

Main Responsibilities:

• Interpret and draw technical plans.
• Rig, set up, focus, and de-rig lighting/audio equipment.
• Work under pressure to schedules.
• Program and operate lighting/audio consoles, including Avolites Titan.
• Act as responsible person on site for lighting/audio.
• Supervise technicians, freelancers, and local crew.
• Advise on system choices for events.
• Prepare and complete pre-event work.
• Collaborate with peers to improve skills.
• Follow health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Represent the company positively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Environment: The role involves non-standard hours, travel within the UK and Europe, working at height, and potentially staying away from home. Training in safety and other skills will be provided.
