Job summary

Helm Recruit Limited in Dudley is seeking a Technical Specialist to bridge customers, product development, sales and operations. This hands-on role combines technical support, project coordination, product development involvement and customer training.

You will be the go-to expert for technical enquiries, supporting business and consumer customers, guiding projects, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing or product-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to priorities.
• Commercial awareness, ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting for a growing organisation seeking a Technical
Specialist to act as the bridge between customers, product
development, sales, and operations. This is a varied, hands-on
role combining technical support, project coordination, product
development involvement, and customer training.

The Role

As Technical Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for
technical enquiries, supporting both business and consumer
customers while helping ensure projects are delivered
successfully and to high technical standards. You will work
closely with internal teams and customers to provide guidance,
resolve issues, and support the development of innovative
products and solutions.
