Qualifications

• Specialist loss adjusting experience in technical, complex or non-standard claims.
• Strong technical judgement to analyse complex information and assess quantum.
• Excellent communication skills engaging with policyholders, insurers, brokers, engineers and legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Investigate causes, circumstances and quantum of losses.
• Engage with insureds, brokers, insurers, engineers, forensic specialists and legal teams to reach fair outcomes.
• Interpret technical evidence and policy cover while keeping all parties informed throughout the claim lifecycle.
