What You’ll Be Doing

• Cultivate deep technical expertise across a diverse range of advertising products, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
• Proactively diagnose and expertly resolve intricate technical issues that arise from client usage of advanced advertising solutions.
• Act as a crucial link by escalating potential software bugs to product and engineering teams, diligently driving these issues to swift and effective resolution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing top-tier technical support for advertising-related challenges, consistently surpassing all support service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify, champion, and implement opportunities to streamline and automate workflows and support processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Solid professional experience within the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Proven track record with robust troubleshooting methodologies and demonstrated proficiency in effective ticket escalation processes.
• Exceptional ability to deconstruct and translate complex technical concepts and sophisticated solutions into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on practical experience utilizing a variety of advertising technologies, including pixels, ad servers, auction dynamics, and delivery mechanisms.
• Proficiency in working with core web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
