Lancesoft Europe is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12‑month contract, 100% remote UK. You will act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, specializing in advertising solutions and consultative guidance to optimize performance.

You will troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs to engineering, and help streamline workflows while delivering a high‑quality customer experience under defined SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in the digital advertising or technology industries.
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation.
• Experience translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP.
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.

• Build technical expertise in client's advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta advertising solutions.
• Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.
• Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support SLAs are met.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

Technical Solutions Consultant

12 months contract

100% Remote UK

Rate: 36.54 to 40.38/hour on PAYE

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will help businesses through scaled service delivery & operations as a technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. In the role you will act as an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and help to resolve any technical issues that are raised.

You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, using your analytical skills to find solutions to tackle client problems.

Top Skills:

• Familiarity with online advertising and online marketing technologies.
• Prior experience in the field - e.g. working at platforms similar to Meta, at an ad agency, or directly with an advertiser.
• Understanding of core online advertising concepts to discuss them confidently.
• Able to debug basic code.
• Understands what an API is (a way of integrating software) and how to troubleshoot API issues.
