Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large Technical Services team
• Coach, mentor and develop potential within the team
• Lead Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators to deliver high‑quality service
• Drive performance and continuous improvement across the department
• Oversee specifications, reports, calculations and drawings
• Support installation queries, guarantees and escalations
• Collaborate with Standards, IT, HR and commercial teams
• Ensure standards, codes of practice and processes are applied
• Foster an inclusive, empathetic team culture
