Job summary

Randstad C&P is recruiting for a Technical Services Manager in Fife on behalf of a leading FM provider. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £51,000 and £55,000 per annum, a 37.5-hour week, and flexible start/finish times with an AP allowance and generous pension.

Direct day-to-day HV/LV electrical maintenance, enforce safety standards, oversee subcontractors, and manage budget reporting. You will lead the electrical team and coordinate with NHS Fife staff.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in electrical discipline or fully qualified electrician with 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a hard services management role.
• Strong leadership, commercial/finance awareness and excellent client-facing communication.
• Proficient with IT systems and CAFM tools; MS Office.
• Valid full driving licence and clean Disclosure Scotland vetting.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day HV/LV electrical maintenance and manage SLAs/KPIs; use CAFM to maintain asset registers and minimise downtime.
• Enforce Safe Systems of Work, Permit to Work, and CDM 2015 regulations; manage risk assessments and site safety.
• Oversee external sub-contractors and procurement; manage RAMS, purchase orders, and performance reviews.
• Manage AP and CP duties; ensure technical registers and training matrices are compliant.
• Lead NHS Fife staff and client stakeholders; oversee budgets, monthly reporting, and On-Call rota.
• Lead site electrical team; conduct performance reviews and workforce planning with Service Desk.
