Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-discipline workforce.
• Understand day-to-day management of a PPM system and its output.
• Control planned and reactive works across the site.
• Control and manage the weekend works program across the site.
• Manage in-house and subcontractor maintenance operations.
• Manage Extra works / project work and procurement.
• Manage budgets for the buildings.
• Report monthly service management statistics and KPIs.
• Deputise for Account Manager when required.
• Ensure all technical elements meet client requirements.
• Oversee compliance for the buildings.
• Manage specialist service providers for sites.
