Pace Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Technical Services Manager in Central London to lead the technical services across a portfolio of projects up to £30m, including new-build and refurbishment work.

You will coordinate M&E design, coordination and installation, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure technical compliance, quality and programme delivery to meet project objectives. The role offers a salary up to £90,000 plus package and requires strong main contractor experience.

The Opportunity

A growing, family-owned main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its team.

Working across a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects, valued up to £30m, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical services elements of projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

The Role

• *Manage and coordinate all technical services aspects of projects.
• *Oversee M&E design, coordination and installation.
• *Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• *Ensure technical compliance, quality and programme requirements are met.
• *Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
