Nuffield Health is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support hospitals and fitness centres across the North of England and Scotland. You will lead maintenance, ensure compliance, manage contractors and drive capital projects from Doncaster to Aberdeen.

The role requires travel across the regional portfolio, strong M&E knowledge, and an ability to collaborate with operational teams and senior leaders. A facilities management qualification is desirable, with competitive benefits and 40-hour

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes across multi-site portfolio.
• Ensure statutory and health & safety compliance at all sites.
• Manage external contractors and service partners for value and performance.
• Support capital planning, lifecycle replacement and refurbishment projects.
• Carry out site audits, condition surveys and quality inspections.
• Provide technical expertise and support to operational teams and senior leaders.

Technical Services ManagerNorth & Scotland Region | Property and Facilities | Full Time | PermanentCompetitive salary available, depending on experience40 hours per weekNuffield Health is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to support our hospitals and fitness & wellbeing centres across the North of England and Scotland.Reporting to the National Head of Building Services, you'll take ownership of maintenance, statutory compliance, asset management and refurbishment projects across a multi-site portfolio.
