Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Technical Services Manager to own maintenance across a regional multi-site portfolio from Doncaster to Aberdeen. You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, manage external contractors and support capital projects.

You will bring strong M&E knowledge, a recognised mechanical or electrical qualification and excellent stakeholder communication. Regular travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• Recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualification.
• Strong M&E knowledge and facilities management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites across a regional portfolio.
• Knowledge of compliance planned maintenance and contractor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

Job description

Reporting to the National Head of Building Services, you'll take ownership of maintenance, statutory compliance, asset management and refurbishment projects across a multi-site portfolio. You'll work closely with operational teams, contractors and senior stakeholders to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant and operating at their best. This role covers sites from Doncaster to Aberdeen, so you'll need to be based within the region and comfortable with regular travel. As a Technical Services Manager you will:
